AUSTRIA
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The common national contact number is 1450. If necessary, a special team of doctors will visit the patient.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
It may be hospitalized or quarantined only. Patients should follow their doctor's instructions.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person is considered to be a close contact if they had a face-to-face conversation with an infected person within 2 metres of the infected person for at least 15 minutes between 48 hours before and after the onset of infection, were in the same room with the infected person within 2 metres for at least 15 minutes, or sat next to the infected person on an aeroplane. Close contacts must report to a health centre and be self-isolated for 14 days. People who have had a conversation with an infected person for less than 15 minutes or more than 2 metres, or who have been in the same room with an infected person at a distance of more than 2 metres, or who have been seated within two rows in front of or behind an infected person on an aircraft, are considered to be low risk and do not need to report to a health centre, but are advised to avoid contact with people for 14 days.

BELGIUM 〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The basic rule is self-isolation for a minimum of 7 days in accommodation. The person concerned will not go to hospital, but will contact one of the medical institutions and follow their instructions. They will instruct, for example, to undergo a PCR test at a designated place.

〇 What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Self-isolation or hospitalisation for a minimum of 7 days, as directed by the doctor. Their healthcare provider will inform the government that you have tested positive.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person is considered to be a close contact if they have been in contact with a person they believe to be infected within a distance of less than 1.5 metres for at least 15 minutes. The person in close contact will call a doctor and will be self-isolated for a minimum of 10 days. They will only be tested for PCR if they have symptoms.


BULGARIA 〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The number to call is 112 (emergency) at weekends and on weekdays. The emergency services will then contact the hospital or local health authority, who will give instructions.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
If the PCR test is positive, the patient will be isolated for 10 days, after which a second test will be carried out. The location of the isolation will be decided in consultation with the medical staff.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
In Bulgaria, the definition of a close contact is currently not defined and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by local health authorities. Those deemed to be in close contact will be quarantined for 10 days.


CROATIA
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will not go to hospital, but will contact one of the medical institutions and follow their instructions. Coronavirus Call Centre 113 for questions (daily 8:00-21:00).

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
The doctor will give the instructions. Infected people are not always hospitalised and may only be self-isolated if they have no major health problems.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person who has had direct contact with an infected person, such as shaking hands, or who has had face-to-face contact with an infected person at a distance of less than 2 metres for more than 15 minutes, or who stays indoors with an infected person for more than 15 minutes, or who is seated in front of or next to an infected person on an aircraft or other means of transport, or who is travelling with or caring for an infected person, or who is a member of the aircraft staff near the seat occupied by the patient, is considered to be a close contact. Close contacts will be telephoned to a medical facility and will be self-isolated if they have no symptoms, or PCR tested if they do have symptoms.


CYPRUS
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will not go to hospital, but will contact one of the medical institutions or he Covid emergency number 1474 and follow their instructions on self-quarantine.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
If a traveler tests positive, he or she will be quarantined in a facility provided by the government (the cost of the stay will be borne by the government). There is also a corona ward for travelers equipped with a ventilator.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person who has been in face-to-face contact with another person for more than 15 minutes at a distance of less than 2 meters is considered a close contact person. Only family members of passengers on the same flight are considered to be close contacts. The traveler's close contacts are usually quarantined in a government designated hotel for 14 days, with a free PCR test on the 7th day, and if negative, the traveler can leave. The quarantine period can be shortened further if the return flight is early. In that case, travelers need to confirm that they are negative the day before departure. Persons who have completed vaccinations or have tested positive within the past 180 days and can provide proper documentation are exempt from quarantine even if they are close contacts.


CZECH
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact hotline 1221 dedicated to Covid-19 (English available, weekdays 08: 00-19: 00, weekends and holidays 09: 00-16: 30), hospital, health center or emergency number 155 on self-quarantine. they will be interviewed by telephone and instructed to self-isolate, go to a designated hospital or take a PCR test.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
The doctor will give the instructions depending on the content of the test results, travel history, and symptom status. If the doctor decides that an infected person needs to be hospitalised, this will be arranged immediately on site. Some symptomatic patients may be instructed to self-isolate, depending on their symptoms.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person who has had direct contact with an infected person, such as shaking hands, or who has had face-to-face contact with an infected person for more than 15 minutes at a distance of less than 2 metres, is considered to be a close contact person. The health authorities will decide what to do with a close contact after interviewing the person.


DENMARK
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will not go to hospital, but will contact one of the medical institutions or emergency call # 112 (# 1813 in Copenhagen) and follow their instructions. Self-isolation is required for a further 48 hours after the symptoms have disappeared, if there is a temporary loss of taste or smell at that time.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
If the PCR test is positive, the patient will be isolated until he has been free from symptoms for 48 hours. After 10 days, he can stop self-isolating if he feels much better and only has residual symptoms such as loss of sense of taste and/or smell, a slight cough, headache, fatigue etc. However, he has to be free of fever for 48 hours.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person who lives with an infected person, who has direct physical contact with an infected person, such as shaking hands, who has unprotected direct contact with the secretions of an infected person, who has a face-to-face conversation with an infected person within a distance of 2 metres for more than 15 minutes, or who is in an enclosed space with an infected person for more than 15 minutes without maintaining a distance of 2 metres, is considered to be a close contact A person is considered to be a close contact. Close contacts are informed that they should be alert to the symptoms of the COVID-19 for 14 days after contact.


ESTONIA
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact one of the medical institutions on weekdays and Family Physician Advisory Line 1220 on weekends (English available daily from 15:00 to 17:00) and follow their instructions. Call emergency number 112 only in case of emergency such as dyspnea.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Infected persons will be admitted to hospital or self-isolated as directed by their doctor.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
The following people are considered to be in close contact with an infected person, a person who lives with the infected person, or who stays within a distance of 2 meters from the infected person for more than 15 minutes, or who has direct physical contact with the infected person such as shaking hands, or who has direct contact with the infected person's secretions without protection, or who stays in the same room with the infected person in a poorly ventilated room without using a mask or other protective equipment. Close contacts will be self-quarantined for 10 days, during which time they will be contacted by the public health center. After 10 days of quarantine, the person can be tested.

FINLAND
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will not go to hospital, but will contact a regional health center or medical helpline (nationwide 116 117). The coronavirus helpline in Helsinki is +358 9310 10024, 8:00-18:00 daily.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Infected persons will be placed in self-isolation, and others in the same room will also be placed in isolation. Please follow the instructions given by the infectious disease staff. When symptoms worsen, call #116117 or 358142692200, and in case of emergency call #112.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
Close contact would thus mean staying face-to-face or in the same indoor space at a distance of less than two meters from each other for more than 15 minutes or physical contact with each other. A person is considered to be a close contact if they are seated next to an infected person on an airplane (not on the other side of the aisle). Close contacts should avoid social contact and travel for 14 days after contact and their health should be monitored.


FRANCE
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will not go to hospital, but will contact one of the medical institutions and follow their instructions. Self-isolation or PCR test depending on symptoms.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Infected persons will be admitted to hospital or self-isolated as directed by their doctor.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person who has direct physical contact with an infected person, such as shaking hands; who has direct, unprotected contact with an infected person's secretions; who has a face-to-face conversation with an infected person within a distance of 1.5 metres for more than 15 minutes; who is in an enclosed space with an infected person for more than 15 minutes without maintaining a distance of 1.5 metres or sharing objects; or A person is considered to have been in close contact with an infected person if they traveled together in the same vehicle for more than 15 minutes (not necessarily next to each other, and regardless of seating orientation). Quarantine is not required for those who have already received the vaccine if the test result is negative. For those who have not received the vaccine, if the test result is negative, voluntary isolation for 7 days and then PCR test again is required. If the result is positive, quarantine will be required for 10 days, and then PCR test will be required again, regardless of whether the patient has taken the vaccine or not.

GERMANY
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact one of the medical institutions, first-aid consultation "116117" or federal and state health ministry hotline and follow their instructions.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Infected people will be hospitalized or self-isolated as directed by the authorities and the doctor. If symptoms are mild and he is not at risk for serious illness (immunodeficiency, old age, chronic disease), he will be self-isolated for 14 days.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person is considered to be a close contact if they have had unprotected direct contact with the secretions of an infected person, have had a face-to-face conversation with an infected person for more than 15 minutes, have been exposed to droplets from an infected person, have been seated next to an infected person on an aircraft, or have been within 2 metres of an infected person without medical protection such as a mask. Close contacts are subject to self-isolation.


GREECE
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact national Centre for Public Health (24-hour service) 1135 and follow their instructions.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Infected persons will be admitted to hospital or self-isolated as directed by their doctor. In the absence of symptoms, self-isolation usually lasts between 7 and 14 days.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
There is no definition of "close contacts" as in other countries, but people who have had contact with an infected person are recommended to self-quarantine for 14 days and undergo PCR testing.


HUNGARY 〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact one of the medical institutions, national Center for Public Health toll-free 06-80-277-455 or 06-80-277-456 (English available) on self-quarantine and follow their instructions.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
If the patient is asymptomatic or has a mild, low-risk illness, they will be isolated at home (e.g. in a hotel). In cases of pneumonia or breathing difficulties, the patient will be taken by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person is considered to be in close contact with an infected person if he or she had the following contacts with the infected person after the onset of illness and during the two days before the onset of illness. A person who lived with the infected person, had direct physical contact with the infected person, such as shaking hands, had contact with the infected person for more than 15 minutes, or travelled with the infected person in the same vehicle within a distance of 2 metres. Persons in close contact should contact their doctor or the National Center for Public Health for self-isolation (14 days recommended).


ICELAND
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will not go to the hospital but will contact 1700 or +354 544 4113 on self-quarantine and follow their instructions.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Infected people will be quarantined for 14 days in a designated facility or at home. To shorten the isolation period, an optional PCR test is available after 7 days and if negative, the quarantine period can be terminated, but for the next 7 days you should continue to practice basic hygiene and avoid contact with large numbers of people.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
Anyone within 2 metres of an infected person is considered a close contact and is subject to isolation. In the case of an infected person on an aeroplane, anyone sitting within two rows in front of or behind the infected person is considered to be in quarantine.


IRELAND 〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will not go to hospital, but will contact one of the medical institutions and follow their instructions. Self-isolation or PCR test depending on symptoms.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Infected persons will be quarantined for 11 days (including the day your symptoms started and the next 10 full days) stay in your room.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person who has had face-to-face contact with an infected person for more than 15 minutes, who lives with the infected person, or who spends more than two hours in an enclosed space with the infected person is considered a close contact. Close contacts must be self-isolated for 11 days if PCR TEST shows positive.


ITALY
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will not go to hospital, but will contact the local hotline on self-quarantine and follow their instructions. If the symptoms are severe, call the emergency number 112 or the Public Utility Number by the Ministry of Health (from Italy 1500 -free toll number and from abroad +39 0232008345 - +39 0283905385).

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
After 10 days of self-isolation, the infected person will undergo a PCR test which, if negative, will end the isolation. After 10 days of self-quarantine, a PCR test will be taken and if negative, the quarantine will be terminated; if the test remains positive, the patient will be self-quarantined for up to 21 days. In the case of minor symptoms, after 10 days of self-isolation, the patient must be asymptomatic for at least 3 days before the PCR test is taken and the isolation is terminated with a negative result.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person is considered to be in close contact with an infected person if they live with the infected person, have direct physical contact with the infected person such as shaking hands, have unprotected direct contact with the infected person's secretions, have face-to-face contact with the infected person within a distance of 2 metres for more than 15 minutes, are in an enclosed space with the infected person without protective equipment such as a mask, or are seated on an aircraft within 2 A person is considered to be a close contact if they have been in close contact with the infected person for more than 15 minutes. Among those in close contact, vaccinated persons are subject to 7 days of self-isolation followed by PCR testing, unvaccinated persons are subject to 10 days of self-isolation followed by PCR testing, and those who cannot be tested are subject to 14 days of self-isolation.

The person concerned will contact 8345 (24 hours a day) for general advice on COVID-19, 8303 (9:00-18:00) for mild symptoms, and emergency line 113for urgent symptoms, such as very high temperature, severe cough and difficulty breathing, and follow their instructions.

Infected persons will be admitted to hospital or self-isolated as directed by their doctor.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
The following people are considered to be in close contact with an infected person, a person who lives with the infected person, or who stays within a distance of 2 meters from the infected person for more than 15 minutes, or who has direct physical contact with the infected person such as shaking hands, or who has direct contact with the infected person's secretions without protection, or who stays in the same room with the infected person in a poorly ventilated room without using a mask or other protective equipment. LITHUANIA
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact first aid 112 or the COVID-19 hotline 1808 (English available, +370 (37) 367 963 if calling from a foreign phone number) and follow their instructions. If the person needs to go to the hospital according to instructions, he or she must go by private car, not by bus or taxi, or if there is no private car, the local authority will transport him or her. After the test, he or she will be self-isolated until the test results are available.

Infected persons will be admitted to hospital or self-isolated as directed by their doctor.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
The following people are considered to be in close contact with an infected person, a person who lives with the infected person, or who stays within a distance of 2 meters from the infected person for more than 15 minutes, or who has direct physical contact with the infected person such as shaking hands, or who has direct contact with the infected person's secretions without protection, or who stays in the same room with the infected person in a poorly ventilated room without using a mask or other protective equipment. LUXEMBOURG
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person will basically be self-isolated for a minimum of 7 days in accommodation. He or she will not go to hospital, but will report your symptoms by telephone to one of the medical centres and follow their instructions. He or she will be instructed to take a PCR test at the designated place.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
The infected person will be self-isolated or hospitalised for a minimum of 7 days, as directed by the doctor. The medical institution will inform the government that he or she has tested positive.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person is considered to be a close contact if they have been in contact with a person they believe to be infected within a distance of less than 1.5 metres for at least 15 minutes. The person in close contact will call a doctor and will be self-isolated for a minimum of 10 days. They will only be tested for PCR if they have symptoms.


MALTA
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact 111 or +356 21324086 and tell the symptoms. The person will be allocated the nearest PCR test location and will follow the instructions to undergo the test. In case of emergency, call emergency 112.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Self-isolation or hospitalisation as directed by the Department of Health.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person who lives with an infected person, travels with the infected person, is in the same room or on the same plane as the infected person, has physical contact with the infected person, for example by shaking hands, or is within 2 metres of the infected person for 15 minutes is considered a close contact. A close contact is quarantined for 14 days from the date of last contact with the infected person.


NETHERLANDS 〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will basically be self-isolated in their accommodation for a minimum of 10 days. He or she will not go to hospital, but will report their symptoms to one of the medical centres by telephone and follow their instructions. He or she will be instructed to take a PCR test at the designated place.


〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
The infected person will be self-isolated or hospitalised for a minimum of 10 days, as directed by the doctor. The medical institution will inform the government that he or she has tested positive.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person is considered to be a close contact if they have been in contact with a person they believe to be infected within a distance of less than 1.5 metres for at least 15 minutes. The person in close contact will call a doctor and will be self-isolated for a minimum of 10 days. A PCR test is available upon the person's request.


NORWAY
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
According to guidance from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, people with newly-arisen respiratory tract symptoms (fever, cough, difficulties in breathing, headache, lethargy, loss of sense of smell and taste, muscle aches, sore throat, etc.) should stay at home (in a hotel) and should be tested for coronavirus. If he or she has serious symptoms, call one of the medical centres or the emergency department 116117. The patient will be tested at a laboratory centre and self-isolated until the test results are received.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
The infected person shall be in isolation and the municipality will call him to arrange what we call "contact tracing". He or she can end the isolation period when 10 days have passed since the onset of symptoms and you have not had a fever for at least 24 hours. For persons in hospital or who undergo immunosuppressant treatment the requirement for isolation may be longer. For the person without symptoms, the quarantine ends 10 days after a positive test for coronavirus.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
Anyone who has had close contact with an infected person for 48 hours prior to the onset of illness (or 48 hours prior to testing in the case of a person without symptoms) is considered to be a close contact person and will be isolated, including A person who lives with an infected person, a person who has direct physical contact with an infected person, such as shaking hands, a person who has unprotected direct contact with an infected person's secretions, a person who has had a face-to-face conversation with an infected person within a distance of 2 metres for more than 15 minutes, or a person who has been in an enclosed space with an infected person for more than 15 minutes without maintaining a distance of 2 metres.


POLAND 〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact 112 or 999 and follow their instructions.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Infected patients are generally self-isolated and only hospitalised if symptoms are severe.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person is considered to be a close contact if they have had face-to-face contact with an infected person within 2 metres for more than 15 minutes, have had direct physical contact with an infected person, such as shaking hands, have had unprotected direct contact with an infected person's secretions, have stayed in the same room with an infected person for more than 15 minutes, have sat within two seats of an infected person in each direction on an aeroplane or other public transport, or have been a travel companion or carer. A person who has had direct contact with an infected person for more than 15 minutes in the same room, who sits within two seats of an infected person in each direction on an airplane or other public transport, a travel companion or a caregiver is considered a close contact. Concentrated contacts should contact the Hygiene Inspection Centre on +48 22 25 00 115 and follow the instructions.


PORTUGAL

〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact the hotline SNS24 (808 24 24 24) on self-quarantine and follow their instructions.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Basically, an infected person will be self-isolated, but the doctor or nurse will check his health condition every day by phone, and depending on the symptoms, he will be isolated (or hospitalized) for 10 to 20 days.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person who had a face-to-face conversation with an infected person within 1m distance (regardless of time), or who had a conversation with an infected person within 1-2m distance for more than 15 minutes within 24 hours, or who spent more than 15 minutes in an enclosed space (including vehicles such as airplanes, boats, and cars) with an infected person, or who took care of an infected person without taking infection prevention measures are considered to be close contacts.

ROMANIA 〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact 112 (emergency) regardless of the severity of the symptoms, weekends or weekdays on self-quarantine and follow their instructions. The emergency services will then contact the hospital or local health authority, who will follow the instructions.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
The second test is a chest X-ray of the infected person, after which the doctor decides whether the person should be hospitalised or not. In most cases, the patient is placed in self-isolation, during which time the medical team will make frequent telephone calls to monitor the situation. If the symptoms do not improve, the medical team may visit the patient in person for further tests.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
There is no "close contact" definition as in other countries. Only follow medical advice if you have symptoms.


RUSSIA
〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will contact COVID-19 helpline +7-800-555-49-43 and +7-800-200-01-12, or local helpline and follow their instructions. The ambulance number is 03 from a landline, 103 or 112 from a mobile phone.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
The medical institution will report the case to the Russian agency Rospotrebnadzor, and the infected person should follow its instructions. The person will not necessarily be admitted to hospital and may only be self-isolated if there are no major health problems.
*Rospotrebnadzor : Russian Federal Agency for the Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Welfare。Currently, travellers entering Russia are required to fill in a form issued by Rospotrebnadzor with their details.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
There is no "close contact" definition as in other countries, but anyone who has had contact with an infected person must be self-isolated and undergo a first PCR test, followed by a second PCR test 14 days later.


SLOVAKIA 〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned should apply for medical attention using the customer form at the link below and self-quarantine themselves until a diagnosis date and time is set.

Once this form has been completed and sent, the Authority will contact the person to inform them of the date and time of the PCR test and the testing station. The person being tested must arrive by car, and if there are other people in the same vehicle (including the driver), all passengers must take the PCR test (and all passengers must self-isolate until the results are available). The results will be given verbally over the phone or by SMS text.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Self-isolation or hospitalisation as directed by the Department of Health. So far, only seriously ill patients have been admitted to hospital, while those with mild or no symptoms have been instructed to self-isolate. At the same time, the duration of isolation will be indicated.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person who has had direct contact with an infected person, such as shaking hands, or who has had face-to-face contact with an infected person for more than 15 minutes at a distance of less than 2 metres, is considered to be a close contact person. SLOVENIA

The infected person will follow the doctor's instructions. She or he may not always be admitted to hospital, and may only be self-isolated if she or he has no major health problems.

A person who has had direct contact with an infected person, such as shaking hands, or who has had face-to-face contact with the infected person for more than 15 minutes at a distance of less than 2 metres, or who stays with the infected person indoors for more than 15 minutes, or who is seated in front of or next to the infected person on an aircraft or other means of transport, or who is travelling with or caring for the infected person, or who is a member of the aircraft staff near the seat occupied by the patient A person is considered to be a close contact. Persons in close contact should contact a medical facility and follow instructions. If they are not symptomatic, they should be self-quarantined. If they are symptomatic, they should undergo PCR testing.


SPAIN

Regardless of the results of the PCR test, self-isolation is recommended for 10 days after the last contact, but basically, the instructions of the contact person in each state should be followed.


SWEDEN

Basically, self-isolation is required for a total of seven days after the first symptoms appear (including a 48-hour observation period after the necessary symptoms have cleared). If the symptoms worsen or do not go away, call 1177 (Swedish Medical Advice Service) and follow the instructions.

There is no official definition of close contact. Only follow medical advice if you have symptoms.


SWITZERLAND 〇 If you have symptoms of suspected infection during your holiday
The person concerned will take an online COVID-19 check (https://check.bag-coronavirus.ch/screening) or will contact one of the medical institutions and follow their instructions. If, as a result of the check, a test is recommended, follow the instructions and take the PCR test.

〇What to do if positive is confirmed after the test
Infected persons should self-quarantine and cooperate with follow-up investigations of contacts as directed by state authorities. People should be allowed to leave the house at least 48 hours after symptoms have subsided and at least 10 days after the onset of symptoms.

〇 Definition of a close contact and what to do if it is judged to be a close contact
A person is considered to be a close contact if they live with an infected person, have unprotected direct contact with an infected person's secretions, have unmasked contact with an infected person within 1.5 metres of the infected person for more than 15 minutes, or sit unmasked in an aircraft within two seats on all sides of the infected person. Close contacts are subject to self-isolation as directed by the state authorities. However, A person who has been vaccinated is not considered to be close contacts and is not subject to quarantine.


UNITED KINGDOM

Close contacts must be self-isolated for 11 days if PCR TEST shows positive.
